I am a family and couples photographer in Portland, OR. What you need in your life is a couple’s photoshoot.
During this session we walked around Downtown Portland, had many laughs and didn’t worry about a thing, for a whole hour. The best thing about it? It doesn’t end there. After having one whole hour of silly fun with your other half you will get beautiful images of your love for each other to keep.

How to Plan Your Session
First things first, you need to contact your photographer (me) and let them know you’re planning a session and the overall feel you would like to achieve.
When you book a session with me you basically get help to plan every stage of your session. We will get on the phone and discuss location, wardrobe, dates, times and answer any questions you may have.
If you decided to do this last minute, fear not! I have a client closet (skirts, dresses and knits mainly) that you can borrow whatever you like from. In fact you can check it out right here
These kind of sessions are all about your personalities so you both should wear something that feels authentic and genuine to you. We will probably be walking a bunch, so comfortable shoes are a must. Layering is a great way to make sure you can add or remove warmth when we are going in and out of places like bookshops ( some of these were made at the legendary Powell’s in Downtown Portland), record shops, garage buildings, etc
During the Session
This is your time to have fun. Chat with each other, be silly, tell stories about when you first met, whisper in your partner’s ear what’s your favorite thing about them. Anything that will make you connect during the session will translate into beautiful pictures.

What happens next?
After your photoshoot you will receive a gallery of images to download (within 4 weeks of the session date). You will be able to share the gallery and slideshow with family and friends as well as order prints, albums, etc
Make sure to download the photos on a computer and back them up for safekeeping. These will be cherished by you both for years to come.
